Yes - I source eco-conscious storage products on your behalf, prioritising plastic-free and recycled options wherever they fit your space. Products are billed at cost price with no markup, and I’ll only buy what we’ve agreed on.

It’s helpful for you to be available at the start so we can make decisions together about what stays and goes. Once sorting is done, you’re welcome to leave me to the organising - many clients love coming home to the finished result!

Never. Homes get messy - especially with littles ones, busy careers, or life transitions. I’m here to help, not judge. Every session is completely confidential.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking date. This deposit is non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to move your session to another mutually convenient date. Cancellations made more than 7 days before your session can be rescheduled free of charge; cancellations within 7 days will forfeit a deposit.

With the right systems in place - absolutely. I design solutions that fit your lifestyle so they’re easy to maintain. For families wanting regular check-ins, I also offer ongoing maintenance visits.

Bank transfer, Tikkie, and most major credit cards. A 30% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session. Invoices are provided for every booking.
